Once you are in Control Tower you will see a search bar where you can search for a specific player by name, serial number, or IP.
You can also scroll to view to which client your players are assigned to, their status, model, and also what firmware they are running.
You can also click the Download button in order to download a csv with all available information (city, country, serial number, player name, TV Power, Input, et al) for that client.
