When you select "By List" under monitoring, a list of your locations with their assigned players will be displayed starting with countries. This list includes the number of locations and players assigned to each country.

The status column shows in red color "Alert" this happens when a player can be offline or needs to be inspected to determine other possible issues. When the player is running with no issues a green color is shown as "Ok".

You can navigate the different categories starting from Country, State, City and Location, by cliking on the blue links of each category.

After selecting a location, you will be able to access comprehensive monitoring information about the Player or Players assigned to that particular Zynchro location. To learn more about each tab and indicators, jump to Players Monitoring and Details section in our Help Documents.
