Monitoring > By Map provides a quick and easy way to view the geographical locations of your players across any country or region.
Filter Buttons
Allows you to filter your players by different categories:
- Locations
- Players
- Online
- Alerts
- Offline
- Recovery
Mode
Each filter button displays the number of players that match the corresponding criteria. When you click a filter, the map updates to show only the players that meet the selected condition.
The Online and Offline filters also display the percentage of players in each status.
Clicking the Alerts filter opens a window where you can select specific alert types to activate.
You can explore the map by navigating around, zooming in or out, and clicking on a location pin to select a specific player or group.
Click on a specific player to display information and details from the Player in the Monitoring and Detail page, this option offers a comprehensive view of the player or players belonging to the same client and assigned location. For further assistance, refer to the Players Monitoring and Details section in our Help Documentation.
Search Players
Use this field to find players by name, serial number, or local IP address.
Smart
Group Filter
Smart
Groups are a
specific type of filter
that allows you to select
one or several groups of
players based on certain
criteria. You can create
your Smart Groups in
advance and then filter
your players based on
those groups. This can be
a useful way to quickly
locate and monitor players
who share common
characteristics or
behaviors.
Download Button: Downloads a CSV file with a list of all the players.
Note: Upon
logging into Zynchro and
selecting a client, the Map
page will appear by default.
However, you can customize
this setting to choose either
the Map or Dashboard as your
initial screen. To do so,
simply access the System
Config -> Settings menu and select the Home
Screen
tab.
From there, you can select
your preferred initial
screen.
