Playbacks represent the number of times each media file was played in a player or a group of players within a specific period of time.
In this section, you can select a specific time and then choose (by location) from what player you wish to get this information.
Once all fields have been completed, you can view the total number of playbacks, playbacks by specific media, and duration (in seconds) of each playback by selecting to generate a chart or generate a report.
The Chart will generate the results based on the data selected and below the chart you will find the details for every file name with the total playbacks, Avg. Playback Duration, With Sessions and Without Sessions. You can see the details of each asset by selecting the details button which will display a detailed view of the total by date and total by hour.

You can export the Chart into an XLS, CSV and XML files clicking on any of the buttons below.
To generate a report, you need to click in the option Generate Report. The report will be available once you will notice in the Status column that the report shows as processed after that the report will be ready to be download in a PDF file.
