Here you can set up alerts regarding your players’ health.
You must filter whether you want the information from all players or a specific Smart Group (for help setting up a Smart Group please refer to Groups -> Smart Groups section of this guide).
Then the first step is to customize the parameters for Hours Offline, Hours Resolution Error, Hours Firmarware Error, Hours TV Power Error, and Hours TV Input error. If you wish to receive alerts you need to turn on the SMS or email alerts and select the frequency.
When you finished completing these steps click on the Save button to confirm.
Below the Save button, you will be able to view a list of players with health alerts matching your alert configuration from all players or your selected Smart Group. By clicking on Details you will then be directed to Monitoring by List where you can access more information.
NOTE: This view will only show offline players when the current resolution does not match the set resolution (preconfigured in the presentation) and/or if the TV Power and input are different than what was previously programmed in Player Config -> TV Control.
