BRIGHTAUTHOR PREREQUISITE: BASIC 


To publish a presentation in Bright Author please follow these steps (you must have first created a presentation in BA): 

  1. Go to Bright Author (BA), click on Publish tab and then select Simple File Network.

  2. Click on Set Parameters button and for URL enter http://zynchro.tv
  3. Click on Browse button to select where you wish your presentation to be saved. 
  4. Click Publish. 
  5.  Open Zynchro. 
  6. Go to Content > Presentations.  

  7. Click on Upload New Presentation button.
  8.  Drag the folder containing your presentation into Zynchro (IMPORTANT: DO NOT OPEN THE FOLDER AND DRAG INDIVIDUAL FILES. YOU MUST UPLOAD THE FOLDER THAT BA CREATED DIRECTLY INTO ZYNCHRO).Image Placeholder
  9. Zynchro will start uploading the files automatically.
  10. Once Zynchro has finished uploading it, you will be redirected to a list of all your presentations.
  11. Your presentation is now ready to be published (If you require further assistance please refer to our User Guide for instructions on how to publish a presentation to your players).
