Installation Instructions.


Follow these steps to set up Zynchro on your Samsung Digital Signage Display:

  1. Begin by placing the file "zynchroConfig.json" into the root directory of an empty USB flash drive. Kindly get in touch with Zynchro Support to request the file.

  2. Insert the USB flash drive into your Samsung Digital Signage Display.

  3. Using the TV remote, press the "Menu" button, navigate to "System," then choose "Play via," and finally select "Custom app."

  4. Return to the home screen by pressing the "Home" button on the TV remote, and then access "App Management."

  5. Opt for "Install Custom App" and input the app download URL. Kindly reach out to Zynchro support to acquire the necessary URL. For your convenience, you can connect a USB or Bluetooth keyboard to the display to enter the URL more easily.

  6. Click either the "Go" or "Done" button to initiate the download of the Zynchro app.

  7. Once the Zynchro app is downloaded, it will be automatically installed and launched on the Samsung Digital Signage Display.

  8. The Zynchro interface will appear along with a spinner while waiting for content.

  9. Access your Zynchro account and you will find the previously set up Tizen player listed under Monitoring. At this stage, you can publish content, like in any BrightSign player.
