Yes, to do so, locate your player in Zynchro (by Map, Filter, etc view) and then click on info tab.
In info tab click on the trash can icon below the SD card column. That will eliminate all content not in use and should free up space in your card.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that when you program a playlist or daypart, your player downloads the content as soon as you program it.
Thus, if you have programmed presentations to display at a later date or time, they were already downloaded to your player but were not currently in use. If you click on the trash can icon they will be eliminated as well. This could cause a blank screen while the player re- downloads this content when it is set to display. This blank screen is temporary and is caused due to the player having to retrieve information programmed for later.
