Are the licenses purchased a total allowed number of devices to be registered or are they linked with specific players, such as by specific serial numbers?

The amount of licenses purchased is the total number of players that you can have registered at one time.

If you need to free up a license (or delete a player that is no longer in use) click on the trash can icon on the right-hand side of the screen to eliminate it.

Please keep in mind that if you do eliminate the player you will lose all information regarding the players' offline time, content, etc. 

Caution: There is no undo option once the trashcan has been clicked on; if you accidentally eliminate a player you must set it up again from scratch. 

Please make sure that the player is disconnected from its power source, otherwise, as soon as it pings Zynchro it will go back online and use up a license.




BEST PRACTICE: We recommend that you also remove the SD card and eliminate the files on it.
