A reboot or reset is sometimes necessary, especially when changing the time zone for your player or for additional troubleshooting.
You can manually reset a player if you have access to it by pressing down on the reset button.
If you do not have physical access to the player you can reboot it in Zynchro by going into Zynchro, searching for your player in map view, or by list or filter and once selected, clicking on the Info tab.
There you will find the Reboot button, click on it to reboot your player.
