Through the Zynchro Analytics Viewer, you’ll be able to see the playback data being generated by each player in real time. To access the Zynchro Analytics Viewer follow these simple steps:
1. Copy your player’s IP address. You’ll find the IP address of each of your players under Monitoring -> By Filter -> Details and then click on the Network Tab.
2. Open a new browser window and paste your player’s IP address and immediately add :8912 i.e. http://192.168.86.64:8912
3. The Zynchro Analytics Viewer will be displayed.
Playback metrics will be automatically uploaded to the Zynchro server every 4 hours. If you restart your player, the playback metrics will be uploaded to the Zynchro server, generated up to that moment.
