Log into your Zynchro account (you should have received an automated email with your password)
Zynchro allows for multi-client administration.
Select between your clients by clicking on the arrow and choosing a client.
From the left-hand menu, click on Player Config -> Player Setup.
Click on the Player Config tab.
Click on the blue “Add Player Config” button.
Give your Player Config a name and select the wireless tab.
Check the box marked Wireless and input your SSID and Security Key information.
BEST PRACTICE: Always set a wired connection (ethernet) as primary , even if you will be using wifi. This will allow you to connect your player with an ethernet cable -if you ever need to- without having to run a new player setup.
Click Save.
You will now use this configuration when setting up your player.
Click on Player Setup tab and fill in all fields.
The player's name will help you later identify your player.
You can view your player’s name and serial number in player details >Health. Hover over the i icon to see the player's description.
In order to access your players through the Diagnostic Web Server, you will need a password. Select your passwords and enter them in both the Diagnostic Web Server (DWS) and Local Web Server (LWS) fields (it can be the same password or a unique one for each field).
Choose WiFi as your connection configuration.
Select if you wish to download firmware for your player along with the setup file by checking the box. If so, please keep in mind that the file will be much larger. You will then need to select the model of your player and the most recent version of the firmware.
Note: Zynchro recommends you only include firmware when setting up a new player or if you need to update your firmware.
Insert a new or empty SD card in your computer. Please see bottom of document for VERY IMPORTANT information regarding SD cards.
Drag your zipped files unto your SD card, place the SD card in your player. Setup will then begin automatically.
Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the process to run, afterward, you can see and monitor your player in Zynchro.
Note: You can verify that your player has an active WiFi connection by confirming that the light underneath the WiFi icon on your player is turned on and is blue.
¡Congratulations, your player is now up and running in Zynchro!
