The Snapshot mosaic provides a concise visual summary of the content that is being displayed by the players within the shared Zynchro location.
By default, a snapshot is taken for each player every hour. The player's name, serial number, and the date and time of the screen capture are displayed below each thumbnail.
In the event of broken images within this view, it indicates that your player is unable to transmit a snapshot of its current display back to Zynchro. This issue is typically caused by the player being offline or experiencing connectivity problems, and it is not attributed to any problem with Zynchro itself.
To view all the snapshots taken each hour or snapshots taken at minute intervals, simply click on any snapshot. For instructions on configuring snapshots to be taken every minute for a duration of one hour, please consult the Content tab in the Zynchro Help Documentation.
You may also click on any thumbnail to display the snapshot in full screen.
You can look a preview of the Asset by clicking on the AssetID link (in blue) if the AssetID is not in blue it means that the asset will not have a preview.
NOTE: The snapshots you are viewing reflect what the player is sending to the HDMI output. Even if no TV is connected or if your display is turned off, you will still be able to see the snapshots.
