What types of licenses are available from Zynchro?
Zynchro offers two types of licenses: Standard and Wall. Each license is per player. In addition to all the features and benefits of a Standard license, a Wall license provides complete access to Zynchro's Wall module.
How can I check the number of licenses I have for a client?
There are three methods to obtain information about licenses:
- Navigate to Monitoring > By List, and you will see the total number of licenses assigned to the client at the top of the page, along with the number of licenses currently in use (e.g., "Licenses 20 / 34").
- Access System Config > Licenses to view details about your licenses, such as active licenses, expired licenses, invoice numbers, purchase dates, expiration dates, number of licenses, and status.
- Access your Control Tower and click on Licenses on the left menu. You'll see the number of all available for each of your clients and the Detail button which will open a pop-up window with details about your licenses, such as active licenses, expired licenses, invoice numbers, purchase dates, expiration dates, number of licenses, and status.

Note: Licenses fee must be fully paid in advance for activation.
What is not covered by my Zynchro licenses?
Dedicated Priority Support is not included in your Zynchro licenses.
